Our Returns Policy
I sincerely hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please contact me by email ([email protected]) within 2 weeks of receipt of your purchase. I am happy to accept returned items if they are unused and in the same good condition they left my studio in.
If the item was faulty or the incorrect item was sent, I will pay for the return postage and reimburse you fully. However, if the return is due to a change of mind I will be asking you to cover the cost of the return postage and I will reimburse you the cost of the item but not the original outgoing postage.
All packages are sent using a Signed For service. I would suggest that this is also done for any return items, as I cannot be held responsible and won't be able to make a refund, for any packages that get lost on their return to me. To enable the goods to return in the same good condition, please pack them appropriately, so that they don't arrive damaged. Unfortunately, I will not be able to issue a refund on damaged goods due to inadequate packaging.
