This exquisite table runner will bring a distinctive style to your table. The Trees with Fruit design originates from trees growing in an orchard with their compact leafy crowns. I have been making this design in one form or another since childhood but it is the first time I have transferred it to a screen-print.
I print these original table runners in Somerset, cutting and sewing the linen, making each one individually. They make unique gifts with designs of scenes, foliage, trees and birds found locally. Linen is expensive, however, it is a long lasting and enduring fabric, becoming more beautiful with age and use, and it is one of the most naturally produced textiles we can use.
This contemporary design is hand-printed using environmentally friendly inks and the image is screen-printed onto pure linen and can be washed at 30 degrees.
